These terms cover your use of 1stopdiabeticinsurance.com. The site is operated by 1 Stop Diabetic Insurance, a service of Scott Zimmerman, Licensed Insurance Agent, licensed in all 50 states. Please read these terms. They are short, and they matter.

1. Accepting these terms

By using this site, or by sending us a quote request, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the site.

2. This site is for information. It is not an offer of insurance.

Everything on this site is general information about life insurance, final expense insurance, and long-term care insurance for people living with diabetes. Nothing here is an offer to sell you a policy, and nothing here is a promise that you will be approved.

• Rates and eligibility depend on carrier underwriting. Not everyone will qualify.
• Products, features, riders, and prices vary by state and by carrier. Some products are not available in every state.
• Only an insurance carrier can approve an application and issue a policy. The carrier's policy documents control, not this website.

3. No professional or medical advice

We are licensed insurance agents. We are not doctors, lawyers, accountants, or financial planners. Nothing on this site is medical, legal, tax, or investment advice. Talk to the right professional for those questions. Do not change any medication or treatment based on something you read here.

4. Quotes are estimates

Any quote, rate, or coverage amount we share with you is an estimate based on the information you give us and the carrier's published rates at that time. It is not final until a carrier reviews your application, completes underwriting, and issues a policy. The final premium may be higher, lower, or the application may be declined.

5. The information you give us

Quotes are only as good as the information behind them. When you fill out our form or talk with us, you agree to give us complete and accurate information, including about your health. Giving a carrier false or incomplete information on an application can lead to a denied claim or a cancelled policy, so please be straightforward with us. We will do the same with you.

6. Ownership of this site

The text, design, logo, and other content on this site belong to 1 Stop Diabetic Insurance or are used with permission. You may read and print pages for your own personal use. You may not copy, republish, or sell our content without written permission.

7. Links to other websites

Our site may link to other websites, such as insurance carriers or a scheduling tool. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or their privacy practices. Visiting them is your choice.

8. No warranties and limits on our liability
